Personal Information
Any personal information willingly shared with Envy My Dog, LLC is kept secure and never shared with parties outside of Envy My Dog, LLC. The only exception to this rule is with explicit permission from the client. For instance, a client may share their contact information with Envy My Dog to inquire about our services; but if we don’t offer said services or would recommend a different organization, we will explicitly ask you if you’d allow us to send your contact information to a trusted organization of our discretion.

Photos and Videos

Assistants and Instructors with Envy My Dog LLC often record videos or take pictures of our clients and their pets during training sessions. This is always done openly and with our client's knowledge. We will often upload these pictures and videos to our social media (which our clients have free access to) with success stories of the training experience. All of our clients have the right to express for us not to upload or share any content involving their person, related persons, pets, and property and we will refrain for posting said content. All of our clients are entitled to copies of any pictures or videos taken of them and their dogs.

Payment Security

Envy My Dog, LLC does not archive credit/debit card numbers. If you choose to make a payment online through Venmo/PayPal/Wave/Square Cash/bank transfers, please refer to the Privacy Policy of those applications. Only Envy My Dog, LLC is authorized to access these accounts and we do not share with third parties any information regarding payment preferences or invoice amounts.
